Purpose of the position: As Proposal Engineer Intern you will respond to the head of Sustainable Infrastructures Tendering Department and be part of the Sustainable Infrastructures Business Line.
As part of the Tendering Department you will assist and support the Team for preparation and review of the documentation to be submitted with the Bid/Prequalification, in accordance with the instruction to Bidders requirements, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices.
How can you support us?
* Analyze the Tender Documentation provided by Client
* Upload the relevant documents in the Share point created for each Bid
* Assist the Proposal Manager in developing the Proposal Plan
* Support the Proposal Team in preparing the required documents for the Bid/Prequalification
* Assist the Proposal Manager for the definition of project organization and project execution plan
* Support the Team activities related to the post-Bid clarification phase with the Client
What are we looking for?
Education: Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in: Civil Engineering or other scientific education backgrounds (e.g. Economics, other Engineering, etc.)
Languages: English fluent (B2); strong written and oral communication capabilities.
Technical Knowledge: advanced use of Office suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
