Internship: Production Quality - Qualified Person

Job Description:

THE INTERNSHIP

For our site in Noventa Padovana (PD) we are looking for a new person to join the Quality Unit. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production, GMP compliance, regulatory processes, and key quality systems. Furthermore, you will acquire skills performing transversal activities and dealing with a multinational company context. There is definitely something new to learn every day!

Tasks & what you will be learning:

* Participate in a key project modifying a viral antigen manufacturing process.
* Follow implementation phases and learn how production changes happen in real life.
* Utilize project management tools and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
* Prepare documentation for regulatory submission.
* Support batch record management and Product Quality Review drafting alongside the site's Qualified Person.
* Collaborate daily with experienced professionals to understand and apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Apply key concepts of the production process, including Change Control and its impact on product quality and validation.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
* Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
* Curiosity and willingness to learn.
* Good English skills (both written and spoken).
* Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP or Minitab).
