Growth Planning Intern (December Intake) - SPX Express

Job Description:

* Assist in analyzing data and building models to help the Operations team with planning.
* Help develop dashboards and tools to monitor projections versus actual performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams during campaign and holiday planning to support operations planning.
* Analyze data related to various projects to support decision-making.
* Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management

Candidate Requirements:

* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Slides, with the ability to assist in managing and analyzing data, creating templates, and preparing presentations.
* Eager to develop strong analytical skills and gain hands-on experience working with logistics data.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic ability or interest in learning to develop data models for volume projection
