Job Description: Pre-Assembly Process Intern
Position Overview:
Support the pre-assembly process by assisting with wafer inspection, data collection, and accurate data entry. Help manage material flow and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain traceability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform wafer inspections and collect relevant process data.
* Enter and maintain data accurately using Excel.
* Manage material withdrawal for daily EE lot runs to support production schedules.
* Analyze collected data and compile assembly reports for review.
* Implement and maintain 5S workplace organization standards.
* Manage material inventory to ensure traceability and availability.
Learning Opportunities:
* Develop skills in quality inspection and data management.
* Gain experience in inventory control and material handling.
* Learn to apply 5S principles to improve workplace efficiency.
* Enhance analytical skills through data analysis and reporting.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electronic Engineering / Physics / Chemistry or any related field.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
* Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3 months or longer.
