Brand Management
Help build strong brands within our dairy category, such as HiPro, Danio, and Danoontje. You'll support brand managers with:
* Product launches and packaging development;
* Digital campaigns, social media, and influencer marketing;
* Market research and consumer insights;
* Development of in-store communication materials.
You'll collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Category Management, and Supply Chain, as well as external partners such as design and activation agencies. You'll also take ownership of your own projects.
Shopper Marketing
Help make our brands stand out in-store, such as Alpro, Nutrilon, Olvarit, and Danoontje. You'll be involved in:
* Developing and executing in-store activations and promotions;
* Translating shopper insights into concrete actions for shelf layout, promotion planning, and product placement;
* Collaborating with retailers like Albert Heijn and Jumbo;
* Connecting with internal departments such as Brand Management and Category Management.
And that's not all! There are always projects you can support - and we encourage you to be proactive!
Category Management
Contribute to the growth of our dairy and plant-based categories (Hipro, Alpro, Danio and Danoontje) by analyzing data and optimizing shelf performance. You'll work on:
* Monthly reports and sharing insights;
* Analyzing shopper, category, and retail data;
* Translating insights into action points for shelf layout, promotion planning, and assortment;
* Collaborating with internal teams like Brand Management and Shopper Marketing.
You'll learn how manufacturers and retailers work together and how to make commercial impact through data.
Bachelor’s or Master’s students in business, marketing, or a related field. You are analytical and enjoy working with data.
You are also someone who:
* is curious and eager to learn, and takes initiative;
* easily connects with colleagues across departments;
* works well both independently and in a team;
* has a passion for marketing and/or sales;
* is communicative and thrives on challenges;
* is accurate, flexible, and has a hands-on mentality.
Practical requirements:
* You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences throughout the internship (non-EU students must be enrolled at a Dutch university);
* You are available from January/February 2026 for at least 6 months, 4–5 days per week;
* You speak and write fluent Dutch;
* You are available to work at least 2 days per week from one of our offices (Utrecht, Hoofddorp, or Rijswijk)
