The Lead Generation Intern will support the Sales Operations and Lead Generation team in identifying potential business leads, maintaining lead databases, assisting with outreach activities, and preparing basic sales reports. This internship is designed for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in lead generation, sales support, CRM management, and B2B marketing within a fast-paced logistics company.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in researching potential clients and business prospects using online platforms such as LinkedIn, company websites, social media, and business directories.
* Help maintain and update lead databases and CRM records (e.g., Salesforce or similar tools).
* Support data cleaning, lead validation, and duplicate checking to ensure database accuracy.
* Assist in preparing lead lists for outbound campaigns and sales activities.
* Support email, LinkedIn, and other outreach initiatives under the guidance of the Lead Generation team.
* Monitor responses from campaigns and update lead status accordingly.
* Help prepare weekly and monthly lead generation reports and dashboards.
* Coordinate with sales and marketing team members for lead endorsements and campaign activities.
* Perform administrative and ad hoc tasks related to lead generation and sales operations

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Information Systems, or any related field.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic online research.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, or CRM tools is an advantage.
* Willing to learn sales, lead generation, and business development processes.
