Position Summary

Support the Franchise team in assessing, marketing, and scaling the Made For You (MFY) customization business across franchise stores, with a focus on customer experience, operational execution, and commercial performance.

What You'll Do

* Conduct an assessment of existing MFY-enabled franchise stores and identify operational and commercial gaps.

* Benchmark best-performing MFY locations and identify best practices.

* Support the development of local store marketing calendars, social media activations, and customer experience ideas.

* Help identify priority franchise stores for MFY rollout and develop a store tiering framework.

* Support the development of MFY equipment, space, and operational requirements.

* Assist in creating the Franchise MFY Expansion Toolkit and other project materials.

* Coordinate with franchise partners and internal teams to support MFY expansion initiatives.

What We're Looking For

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

* Strong interest in retail, consumer experience, marketing, and business development.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

* Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.

* Comfortable conducting store visits and working with different stakeholders.

* Willingness to learn and take initiative.
