This Position reports to:HR Team Lead

We are looking for a detail-oriented ELC Intern (HR Operations) to support employee lifecycle activities for ABB entities in Bulgaria and Romania.

Responsibilities
* Process HR transactions in Workday (WD) and SAP
* Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding data entry, personal data updates, and bank account changes
* Handle and resolve HR-related requests from employees via internal systems
* Ensure data accuracy and compliance in HR systems

Requirements
* Active student status
* Fluency in Bulgarian and English
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organizational and communication skills
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
