We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Intern to join our Marketing team as a Support for Administrative and Marketing activities. In this role, you will assist the team in daily operational tasks, support administrative and marketing processes, and contribute to smooth coordination within the department. It's a great opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic, creative environment and learn how a marketing department operates from the inside.
Your responsibilities
* Support for the product return process for remanufactured products (BX) including:
* contact with Polish customers and local service provider (via phone and email),
* contact with Bosch headquarter and third party in Germany
* contact with internal stakeholders like sales, product manager
* managing the dedicated web page www.boschbx.pl
* maintaining databases, marketing archives and shared resources
* following procedures
* Participation in the organization of the events, customer meetings, advertising and promotion campaigns
* Collaboration with advertising agencies
* Support for Product Managers and Communication Managers
* Other tasks related to the trade marketing, communication and product management
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
* Current second- or third-year student
* You can dedicate at least 30 hours per week to your internship with us
* You are meticulous and well-organized
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Ability to work with MS Office tools (Office 365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good command of Polish and English (written and spoken)
* Proactiveness and a positive attitude
