Internal Communication Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our Internal Communications & Employer Brand Team. This internship provides a chance to develop your event organization and communication skills, understand the corporate environment, and acquire knowledge of the insurance industry. You will collaborate with a team of enthusiastic professionals who will guide and assist you throughout your internship.

What you will do:
* Supporting the development and execution of the internal communication programs.
* Supporting the team at hybrid or face to face events taking place in our head office/external venues.
* Updating the editorial calendar and creating materials for our internal communications channels (Intranet, Yammer, Email);
* Support the team into implementing the employer brand initiatives working with a cross functional team.
About you:
* Student or recent graduate of a Bachelor or Master program;
* Passionate about communication and events organization
* Relevant experience (including other internships, students association, volunteering in events organizing etc.) for up to two years;
* Advanced communication skills, both written and oral;
* Very good English skills (verbal and written) are essential;
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
* Previous exposure to a multicultural environment is optional
* Willing to learn and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed;
* Team player who enjoys collaborating and working on big challenges.
