Social Media & Content Creation Intern

Job Description:

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communications and digital content creation for social media in PSA. The intern will work closely with HR teams to enhance our digital presence and internal engagement strategies.

Job Description:
* Drive engagement with prospective hires via our social media platforms
* Leveraging social media channels as alternative engagement platforms for employee engagement
* Support media productions for employee engagement and communications
* Create and curate content that highlights company culture and employee achievements
* Edit and produce short-form video content for various platforms
* Design graphics and visual elements for social media posts and internal communications

Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Degree in Design, Communications, Marketing or relevant field
* Able to commit to a 6-months full-time internship
* Proficient in filming/video editing
* Interest in content creation, designing of collaterals
* Detail-oriented
* Good communication skills
