About the Team: The TikTok Shop Talent Acquisition team focuses on building high-performance teams for TikTok's e-commerce platform across SEA, shaping the future of eCommerce. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. This internship will be project based. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents. 2. Support strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth. 3. Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications 1. Undergraduate or master students who are interested in Talent Acquisition 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Outstanding academic achievements - Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever. 4. Familiar with recruitment process Preferred Qualifications 1. Able to commit to a full-time 6 months internship at least. Open to part-time arrangement with at least 4 working days in a week if required. 2. Experience in interviewing candidate 3.
