Supporting Technician Intern

MAIN PURPOSE

To provide support for sales and after sales services. This role reports directly to the Technical Supervisor.

KEY LEARNINGS & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide support for technical interventions
* Dismantle watch cases
* Perform thorough cleaning after polishing performed by dedicated polishers
* Prepare watch case after polishing and cleaning is completed

* Work environment
* Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of the work area environment
* Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment.
* Provide timely feedback on technical issues and continuous improvement ideas with supervisor and team members

* Other
* Participate in stock count and other ad-hoc initiatives when required

REQUIREMENT

* Prior formal experience is not required as training will be provided
* Strong interest in watches and/or micro mechanics
* Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently, strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset
* Attention to detail and the dexterity required for meticulous manual work.
* Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Office, SAP would be a plus)
