JR42108 INTERN - NVE PE (Probe)

You will be engaged in validating and characterizing Micron's leading edge 3D NAND memory products. Your engagement with global cross-functional teams will ensure optimized test coverage on all current and future 3D NAND design architectures and process nodes such that effectiveness and efficiency are achieved in high volume manufacturing.

Project Scope

* Work on the Pre-Silicon validation of Test Algo on the future/ upcoming new design products
* Understand NAND functions and thus help to enhance NAND functionality
* Leverage in-house state-of-art facilities/tools to perform device characterization and validation on new design products
* Develop and validate test methodology on new design products

Requirement

* Currently enrolled in an Electrical & Electronics Engineering Degree Course from local university.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Possesses and applies a structured approach to complex assignments.
* Min. 4-6 month internship.
