The Role

This position will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist team with admission of Qualified Vendors into eProcurement Supplier Lifecycle Management.
* Assist team to consolidate data for sustainability reporting, cost data, construction & renovation cost index and market information for comparison and benchmarking.
* Assist team to prepare quotation / tender document, request for quotations and/or assist in compile contracts document etc.
* Assist team to extract reports from eProcurement System ie Sourcing, Program Management and Supplier Lifecycle Management.
* Assist team to research and gather information related to upcoming trends, sustainability, renewable energy, technologies and identify key technology suppliers which may impact in property management / procurement.

Job Requirements

* Current pursuing a Diploma and/or Degree in Supply Chain Management or Project and Facilities Management or its equivalent
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Words);
* Possess good communication skills, positive and eager to learn attitude
