Intern - AI Governance and Safety

Job Description:

We are looking for interns to join our AI Governance & Safety division from Jan-Jun 2026.

Project Scope
* Facilitate development of policies to address risks arising from AI, such as AI malfunctions, malicious use, societal impact and frontier risks. It entails research of global legislation and state-of-the-art technical controls and mitigations, policy and data analysis, and/or engagement of industry or academic experts.

Learning Outcomes
* Gain insights on latest AI governance developments.
* Learn how to balance different stakeholder interests.
* Gain experience in engaging industry/research community.

Requirements
* Strong analytical skills.
* Computer science/engineering background is preferred.
