The 2026 programme serves as a launchpad for graduates and final-year students who want hands-on industry experience. Interns will collaborate on real projects, work alongside industry leaders, and gain exposure to an integrated, connected, data-driven, and creatively-led environment. As a Le Cubs intern, you will contribute to real client work, strengthen your technical and creative capabilities, and be part of a global network shaping the future of marketing and communications. Responsibilities Strategic Support & Insights Assist strategists with research, competitive analysis, consumer insights, and trend monitoring. Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations, presentations, and marketing plans. Help develop brand positioning and communication frameworks under senior guidance. Business & Operations Support Support project management tasks to ensure efficient workflow, timelines, and deliverables. Assist HR, Finance, or Business Operations teams with administrative and coordination activities (depending on placement). Contribute to internal processes, documentation, and organisational improvements. Client Service & Communication Participate in internal and client-facing meetings, helping document key takeaways and action points. Support PR and communication teams in crafting messaging, drafting content, and monitoring media. Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategies and campaigns.
