We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities - Support day-to-day operational needs for the Korea sales team and advertisers. - Assist with onboarding and early-stage support for new TikTok Shop advertisers. - Localize and translate playbooks, narratives, and product materials for the Korea market. - Prepare campaign documents and simple performance reports. - Conduct light market/industry research to support growth initiatives. - Own small internal projects to improve workflows or client experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Shop, Marketing, Ops, Product)

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data-related, or a related quantitative field. - Proficiency in the following languages: English and Korean. Fluency in written and spoken Korean is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Korean-speaking markets. - Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in execution. - Interest in digital advertising, eCommerce. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
