Trainee Hotel Advisory Madrid

Job Description:

Role Purpose

Supporting the Spain-based Advisory team and providing assistance in undertaking hotel single asset and portfolio instructions within Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

* Support in the preparation of valuations and consultancy reports for both urban hotels and holiday resorts.
* Managing instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in finance, architecture, finance & law or hotel administration.
* Solid analytical and numerical skills. Confirmed proficiency in use of spread sheets and financial modelling.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
* Strong report writing capabilities.
* Knowledge of the Spanish hotel industry and hotel real estate market is preferable
* Understanding of hotel operational fundamentals
* Abe to travel within Spain and valid driver's license
* Accurate and exceptional attention to data and detail
