As a Data Analyst Trainee, you'll gain practical, hands-on experience in one of the most data-driven and impactful departments in hospitality. Y

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will:

* Collect and analyze internal and market data to provide actionable insights for the Sales team.

* Support the preparation of regular reports and dashboards to evaluate commercial performance and identify trends.

* Contribute to projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency within the department, providing data-driven suggestions.

* Collaborate with team members to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

* Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions

* Learn about market analysis, pricing strategies, and key account management

* Gain insight into how a luxury hotel brand like Grand Hyatt operates within a competitive market like Barcelona

Candidate Requirements:

What We're Looking For:
* Full-Time Commitment: This is a paid internship, Monday to Friday. Please note that housing is not included.
* Our internship programs require 6-month availability in Barcelona.
* Educational Collaboration: You must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school or study center.
* Work Authorization: You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or your University must be approved for Internships in the EU.
* Relevant Career Path: Your studies should be related to the internship.
* Language Skills: Advanced English is a must and Advanced Spanish is highly valued.
