Your role:
Join our dynamic team at Merck, as a Communication Intern within the Subsidiaries & Distribution Quality department. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to enhance and standardize our internal and external communications across a multicultural and international landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct an assessment of current communication channels and content, proposing a standardization roadmap.

* Develop a message map and style guide to ensure consistency in tone, format, and visuals.

* Establish a global editorial calendar and create standard templates for internal communications.

* Produce engaging content including articles, short videos, infographics etc., adapting for various regions.

* Enhance the internal newsletter and manage content on internal channels.

Your profile:

* 2nd or 3rd year student in communications, marketing, media, or journalism, enrolled in France or Switzerland.

* Strong written and spoken English; proficiency in French is appreciated.

* Excellent writing skills and a creative approach to visual storytelling.

* Proficient with digital tools for video creation and visual design.

* Organized & autonomous and able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Tools and Competencies:

* Familiarity with Adobe Suite or alternatives (Canva, CapCut).

* Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

* Rapid learning on any digital tool
