Cash Collection Intern

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are seeking long-term intern who are currently university students, majoring in related fields, to join our Cash Collection department. The internship is linked to collection follow-up by performing customer risk analyses. This is a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience and deepen their understanding of financial regulations and practices.
* Assist and Manage in the specific reconciliations and responsibilities in the Cash Collection department.
* Support specific current customer account clearing processes and account reconciliation.
* Responding to emails and calls from customers.
* Taking payment confirmations from customers and supporting their requests.
* Collaborate with the other related departments to manage payment collections and resolve discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate and organized specific records of financial transactions.
* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements.

Are you a MATCH?

* Currently enrolled in a university, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in financial regulations and practices.
* Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
* Proficiency in Google Applications and Excel
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Proficiency in English
