Intern - Traded Risk

Job Description:

The intern will allocate approximately 75% of their time to AI agent build and 25% to building the IRB/Self-Assessment Tool rule repository throughout the internship. During the first four weeks, the primary focus will be on developing one AI agent to generate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) from business inputs. In parallel, the intern will progressively build an Excel-based repository of approximately 3,000 IRB/self-assessment rules.

In addition, the intern will create a comprehensive Operating Manual for the Risk and Finance teams, outlining the tools available within the Crisil ecosystem and providing step-by-step guidance on building and maintaining AI agents using the organization's existing technology stack.

Key Deliverables
* AI Agent 1: Automated BRD Drafting Agent.
* IRB/Self-Assessment Tool: Structured Excel repository containing approximately 3,000 rules.
* Practitioners guide for AI agent creation
* Leverage Crisil AI tools to set up and validate Agents and Agents of Agents for activities like CV creation (Word/PPT), etc
