Texas Instruments is seeking a process development / integration engineering intern within the Analog Technology Development (ATD) group. We work to define and develop the next generation process and device technologies for TI; driving step-function improvements in performance and cost.
ATD creates word-class technologies by:
* Working with the business units to set process targets, including transistor and passive device performance objectives
* Working with manufacturing to drive process and material development
* Ensuring technologies meet cost, performance, reliability, and yield objectives
Responsibilities include:
* Establishing unit process and process integration strategies to meet objectives
* Support the development and ramp by executing process experiments (SWRs) Model and collect / analyze device and process yield data
* Working with design and system, productization, reliability and manufacturing to ensure the process technologies meets objectives
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
* Currently pursuing graduate degree in areas such as Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field
* Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA

* Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
* Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
* Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
