Essential Functions:
* Support with review and implementation of digital systems to support the operation of the Paint Shop
* Collaborate with existing teams to develop solutions that improve operational transparency and visibility
* Create and enhance Power BI and Ignition visualizations for production and business processes
* Develop reporting and visualization tools for cost, cycle time, fault, OEE, and quality metrics
* Support digitalization initiatives that improve process monitoring and decision-making
* Assist with the implementation and evaluation of AI-supported tools and systems within Paint Shop operations

Other Regular Daily Tasks:
* Participation in daily status reviews, strategy meetings and workshops
* Participation in preparation for management presentations and walk throughs
* Participation in shop walks and Continuous Improvement activities

Qualifikationen

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:
Student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:
* Business/Data Analytics, Process Overview and Setup
* Knowledge of PowerBi, excel, databases
* Programming/coding experience
