Job Summary:
Are you an accounting or finance graduate looking to kickstart your career? (COMPANY NAME), a world-class organization, offers an exciting entry-level role within its finance function. As an Audit Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in auditing financial, compliance, and potentially IT processes across all (COMPANY NAME) business units and corporate departments.
This provides a unique opportunity to gain an understanding of financial and compliance control processes and accounting across the various industries in which (COMPANY NAME) operates. This diverse background is intended to allow the successful candidate to grow their career in other areas of (COMPANY NAME)'s Finance organization.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct audit work in a team environment based on established audit plans.
* Analyze and test key business processes to ensure adequate control environment has been established and financial information is stated accurately in accordance with GAAP.
* Prepare complete, accurate workpapers evidencing the testing/analytical procedures performed.
* Interview key personnel involved in the process subject to audit.
* Participate in presentations and discussions on findings and resolutions of outstanding audit issues.
* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
* Travel 20-30% (the Americas, Europe, and Asia)
* Open to future career development opportunities within (COMPANY NAME) business unit locations
* Protect and maintain the confidential/private status of audit records.

Education/Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree (accounting preferred)
* Intention to pursue CPA or CMA designation is desired.
* Internship or previous work experience in auditing, accounting, or finance
* Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and basic financial control requirements
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills and understanding of other data analysis tools is desired.
* SAP, Oracle, Hyperion or audit/data analytics software experience is a plus.
Skills/Competencies:
* Intellectual curiosity regarding business performance and processes
* Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
* Ability to work both individually and as a member of a team.
* Good finance and data analytical skills, with strong risk awareness and thorough understanding of processes and controls.
