What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application:

This position is expected to start in-person around May or June 2024 and continue through the entire Summer term (i.e. through August/September 2024) or into early Fall 2024 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Please consider before submitting an application.

International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week in-person. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

Our team is seeking a skilled Real Estate Intern to assist with our continued growth. Our team partners with a huge variety of groups with disparate needs from design and engineering, to supply chain and manufacturing, sales, service and support. Whatever group we partner with, we constantly push ourselves to approach challenges from first principles. Together we are focused on optimizing the space we have, finding the best solutions to our immediate term expansion needs, and devising and driving our long-term strategy.

What You'll Do

* Assist with portfolio management and review of leases and renewals
* Help streamline and build efficiencies of existing programs and tools
* Manage project timelines and goals
* Project Administration
* Create marketing Materials
* Perform Zoning/entitlement checks and complete zoning application requests
* Assist real estate managers as needed to create real estate packages for leadership approval

What You'll Bring

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or equivalent
* Previous internship and project experience is a plus
* Strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking
* Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and evaluate priorities
* Eagerness to collaborate cross-functionally with other teams while able to work independently; detail-oriented and execution focused
* Identify and implement continuous improvement activities for cost reduction strategies
* Some teams prefer previous experience with Microsoft Tools, Google Maps, and Municipality Zoning Programs
