1. IT Helpdesk (50%)
* Provide first-line technical support for internal users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows, Office 365, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
* Respond to service desk tickets and provide timely, clear, and professional assistance to end-users.
* Assist with account management, including password resets, user access, and system permissions.
* Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.
* Monitor and maintain IT assets, ensuring they are functioning properly.
2. No-Code / Low-Code Developer (50%)
* Develop and deploy business automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, OutSystems, etc.).
* Design custom workflows, business logic, and automation processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and create low-code applications.
* Integrate Python scripts and APIs to extend the functionality of Power Platform tools.
* Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and help teams make data-driven decisions.
* Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring smooth operation and performance
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
* Entitled as full-time student major in Information Technology/Computer Science, ... during 6-month internship period.
* Eloquent in English and Vietnamese.
* IT Helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware and software issue, user end device support (computer, mobile, printer, etc.)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
* Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and other low-code developer skill.
* Ability to design and implement low-code solutions to automate workflows and business processes.
* Experience with ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) or other IT support frameworks.
* Basic knowledge of database management and API integrations, data analysis skills and Python.
* Knowledge of other low-code platforms, automation tools is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and provide timely resolution to IT issues.
* Good communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise instructions to end-users.
* Patience & empathy, curiosity and continuous learning.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
* Team player with excellent collaboration skills
