Quality Documentation & Coordination:
* Support customer document preparation and internal alignment
* Prepare workshops and meetings (QMM TaC, department meeting, customer visit, audit, etc.)
* Support regular reports to update management on quality performance
Quality Culture & Event Support:
* Contribute to quality culture activities and events (e.g. Q-Competition, Q Dialogue 2025)
* Coordinate weekly Team board meetings and follow-up actions
Process Improvement & Digitization:
* Coordinate Lean, Digitization activities within QMM1 to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
* 3rd or last year student major in Project, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance or any relevant fields
* Good English communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (PowerBI, Powerpoint, Excel)
* Be able to adapt international working environment & cultural diversity
* Reliable, proactive, high commitment, creative thinking, willing to learn and do new things
