Job Description:
What you will do
Marketing & Operations:
* Marketing: review content direction - banner, notification, social post, target audience; where relevant - set up communication and promotion in system. For candidates with Marketing skills, you can support delivering content that get published to users;
* Product: review/ideate product flow, spot and correct flow/wording inconsistency;
* Data: review dashboard metrics, ensure data quality and consistency vs. requirement;
* Other tasks as required under Growth Marketing.
Strategy:
* Support market/ competitors research, and user research (both primary and secondary), including cold-calling to obtain product insights and recruit users for usability testing;
* Track business metrics, support data cleaning and analysis for management reports.
What you will need
* Able to work in HCMC office;
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
* Native Vietnamese with excellent English skills;
* Well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint;
* Resilient, confident, able to deliver tasks under tight timeline;
* Prior experience in Strategy or Marketing Agency;
* Experience running university clubs' social and marketing activities and/or past internship in content marketing (sample materials required);
* Light design skill e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.
* Experience working with a mobile app product and/or digital marketing channels;
While we prefer candidates with Marketing background, we will also consider candidates who have no Marketing experience and want to get a Strategy & Operations internship
