The Sales Trainee works with the Director of Sales and in coordination with the Commercial Manager, he / she implements all sales activities in his / her area of responsibility. These include coordinating negotiation processes, Letters of Agreement, secretarial backup, hotel inspections or any other specific projects as assigned.

What will I be doing?
As the Sales Trainee you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Support in answering all telephone calls and emails in a friendly manner, using clear and professional English
communication.
* Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
* Assist with administrative tasks related to sales.
* Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Assist the sales team in conducting site inspections.
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned.
* Follow the company and departmental policies and procedures.
* Maintain professional grooming standards.
