(COMPANY NAME)'s Business Service Center (BSC) comprises a dedicated unit (including people, processes and technologies) that is structured as a centralized point of service focused on defined business functions. Initially the BSC will support the North America ('NAM') cluster and will take on support of the Latin America ('LATAM') cluster in a later phase.
(COMPANY NAME)'s Shared Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who provide services that have previously been found in more than one part of the organization or group; thus, the funding and resourcing of the service is shared and the providing department effectively becomes an internal service provider.
Job Responsibilities
Billing Process:
Ensure accurate, complete and timely billing of AL customers, in line with customers' purchase orders, contracts, delivery notes and other requirements
Update pricing as approved and timely, as well as new sales items
Ensure speedy submission to the customers (by any means necessary: email, e-portal, etc)
Maintain constant communication with AL logistics / Commercial teams, credit analysts and collectors
Issue credit notes aligned with (COMPANY NAME) processes and procedures and in compliance with our internal delegation of authority
Ensure accuracy and reliability of the deliverables
Ensure corporate rules & principles are properly applied
