Overview As a Gen.AI Visual Producer (Senior), you will be responsible for refining, enhancing and scaling next-generation creative assets and content using state-of-the-art Gen.AI tools combined with high-end finishing craft. You collaborate closely with Art Directors, Creative Designers and Producers to transform creative direction into high-quality, consistent and technically sound outputs. You will also contribute to the evolution of our AI-empowered production model, including agentic workflows and custom model integration, in line with our global standards. Responsibilities Translate creative direction into clean, coherent visual execution, including styles, prompts and overall visual consistency. Build and maintain prompt and style libraries to ensure stable lighting, composition and brand coherence across assets. Apply and refine multi-step Gen.AI workflows (image + motion) to steer model outputs with precision. Retouch, refine and finalize AI and non-AI visuals at a senior finishing-craft level, including high-resolution and large-format deliverables. Enhance AI images and video using advanced refinement workflows and combined Gen.AI tools (upscaling, relighting, clean-up). Adapt assets into multi-format and multi-market versions (static, motion, social, product). Ensure pixel-perfect, brand-consistent final assets across all deliverables. Contribute to the design and optimization of agentic workflows and Gen.AI custom model usage Qualifications Required Experience * 8+ years in craft-driven production roles (retouching, finishing, post production, design). * 2+ years hands-on Gen.AI experience (image & video generation, refinement, upscaling, correction). * Excellent visual eye with strong understanding of light, realism, composition, continuity and brand codes. * Solid production workflow knowledge (color + file standards, exports, large format prep, post-production integration). * Creative-minded execution: able to understand creative intent and elevate it through technical craft (no concepting). * Ideal backgrounds: Senior Retoucher, Designer, Post-Producer, Creative Technologist. * Experience with custom models, fine-tuning or dataset preparation is a plus.
