A Day in the Life of a Seizure Expert
* You will be responsible for the full processing of asset seizures and judicial investigations:
* Receiving and sorting requests from Authorities (Ministry of Finance, Public Prosecutor's Office, Bailiffs)
* Creating daily case files and blocking clients' assets
* Proactively contacting clients to encourage voluntary payment to settle the debt (when possible)
* Collecting the necessary information and documents to build the files
* Reporting information to the Authorities
* Executing payments of the amounts due to the Authorities
* Following up on ongoing cases

As a member of the Customer Loyalty team, you should also bring the following skills:
* Excellent level of Dutch, with a very good level of French. Knowledge of English is a plus.

The Team
You'll be joining a small team of around ten people, where collaboration, proactivity, and ownership are key. Cases are handled collectively, sometimes by several colleagues at different stages, which requires smooth communication, aligned workflows, and a strong spirit of mutual support.
