The Position
Plant Operator

Job Summary

Jouw functie
* Het voornaamste doel van de Plant Operator is het efficiënt besturen van het machinepark om producten te produceren.
* Je rapporteert aan de Productie Manager.
* Je stuurt een aantal Packing en Milling Operatoren aan.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
* Besturen van het machinepark om efficiënt, productief en veilig te produceren en dit volgens de productieplanning rekening houdend met de productievoorschriften en conform de kwaliteitseisen.
* Registratie van alle productiegegevens zodat een correcte productie rapportering kan verzekerd worden.
* Verpakken van producten in Big Bags en papieren zakken en laden van silowagens volgens productieplanning.
* Periodiek leiden van TQM briefings in de fabriek.
* Registratie van incidenten in de daartoe voorziene file.
* Afwijkingen op proces detecteren en indien nodig samenwerken met Quality Controller om proces bij te sturen.
* Algemene orde en netheid in en rond de fabriek (Housekeeping).
* Uitvoeren van alle taken rekening houdend met geldende milieuvoorschriften zoals vermijden van stofuitstoot.
* Waakzaam zijn over elektriciteitsverbruik, beheersen, minimaliseren en sorteren van afval, …

Profiel
* Je behaalde een diploma van de 3de graad secundair onderwijs.
* Je hebt idealiter technische en/of PLC kennis.
* Je hebt ervaring in een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving, bij voorkeur met bulk en poeder producten.
* Je bent eventueel reeds in het bezit van een heftruckattest.
* Je bent nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en neemt initiatief.
* Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
