Job Description:

The Logistics & Supply Chain Manager is responsible for optimizing inventory management, enhancing store operations, and fostering team development. This role involves collaborating with retail stores to forecast demand, managing stock levels, and monitoring operation KPIs. The Supply Chain Manager will supervise a Supply Chain Coordinator and manage all demand planning activities. Collaboration with retail, merchandising, finance, and EMEA teams is essential for success. The position is based in Brussels.
Education / Special Skills Substantial previous Supply Chain experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-country environment Bachelors degree required, Master degree level preferred Strong, energetic, clear communicator Advanced excel and powerpoint skill level Ability to understand and leverage product and financial reports to drive business Takes initiative and drives for results Business acumen and commercial mindset Be the objective voice of the client, rather than sharing personal views Efficient collaborator Knowledge of Luxury product and retail
