IM Product Manager

Job Description:

(COMPANY NAME) Bulgaria has been on the domestic market since 1999 and is a countrywide recognised gas producer and supplier of technologies, services and gases for the food industry, large industries, healthcare and environment. (COMPANY NAME) Bulgaria has a team of 95 employees serving industrial customers.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The primary role of the position is to support the development in sales growth and profitability for the range of products under the scope of responsibility (gases in cylinders and liquid gases).
Key mission is to manage the product portfolio with strong interaction with Sourcing, Supply Сhain and Sales organisations, Marketing and Back-Office, integrating market intelligence and sales data; establishing and managing profitability vision.

Supply / Demand
* Ensures that product availability is balanced with the demand
* Identifies asset needs and contributes to the redaction of a CPR Note for new assets requirements (in cooperation with operations)
* Coordinates national crisis task force with supply chain and sales in case of product shortage

Product offer and product catalog management
* Manages the existing commercial offer
* Develops new customers' segment approach (product portfolio definition and planning, pricing, packaging, market penetration and sales promotion efforts)
* Enriches product catalogues with relevant data in order to increase data quality and improve digital customer journey
* Creates new and edit existing references (evolution / modification / closure / conversion of products).

Price and profitability management
* Develops, communicates and delivers implementation of pricing strategies, structures, policies and processes that align with the business strategy; validates pricing policy deviations
* Understands costs evolution & drivers assessed by Controlling & Supply Chain,
* Proposes actions to reach profitability objectives and monitors product performance for each product line

Target process and planning
* Leads annual sales target process in cooperation with sales and operations
* Performs capacity planning, assesses actual and potential plant loading together with Sourcing team

Market analysis and Support functions
* Manages sales contracts templates
* Prepares monthly sales/profitability reports
* Performs market and competitors analysis
