ABOUT GBS
Global Business Services (GBS) is part of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare (CHC), a team dedicated to improving finance operations and empower business teams to deliver sustainable value and secure our roadmap execution, by accelerating simplification of our operations, introducing innovative and harmonized solutions through trusted partnerships. It also helps regulate and ensure next-level partnership with its diverse set of stakeholders through digital driven experiences.

The GBS mission is to contribute to CHC simplification by developing and implementing a new operating model to execute some of the financial & accounting processes (Account-to-Report, Customer-Invoicing-to-Cash, Source-to-Value, Master Data Management, among others).
GBS aims to deliver efficiency leveraging best in class methodologies (Lean management, Agile, Design thinking, Hoshin) and applying them concretely on Sanofi prioritized pipeline of strategic projects, while driving mindset and cultural changes.

ROLE DETAILS
In this position, as Hub Lead - Bogotá, the candidate will proactively support the roll-out of real estate and workplace experience, CPI (Continuous Process Improvement) mindset & values, organizational culture initiatives, employee engagement and project portfolio management in Bogotá, Colombia.

To support real estate and workplace experience, monitoring the creation, maintenance, services, and management of all issues for the Consumer Healthcare Business Unit office space in Bogotá, Colombia.

To support the Process Excellence & Lean Manager and ensure that the strategic values of CPI are acknowledged, educated, and applied in the organization. The preferred candidate comes with a CPI background as the level of involvement needs to be scalable from practical Gemba walks through project support till smaller educative sessions which will boost the cultural imprint of the CPI into the corporate DNA. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to proactively support the shaping of a mid-term LEAN global strategy.

To support strategic project and program management Head to communicate and engage employees on global topics. The coordinator will also collect feedbacks of the floor to continuously improve global processes & projects.

To support execution and feedback for organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives rollout globally, especially focusing on the region they are present in. The preferred candidate an interest and general understanding of marketing, internal and external communications programs. The candidate will have the opportunity to support the building blocks of GBS DNA and stakeholder engagement programs.

To support hub engagement activities and assist with building a foundation for digital and external ecosystems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Real Estate & Workplace Experience
* Responsible to lead Real Estate and WorkPlace Experience topics related to the CHC Bogotá, Colombia office (80+ people) as main point of contact for all external providers.
* Maintain excellent budget/schedule parameters and meet or exceed stakeholder expectations for the Real Estate and Workplace experience.
* Responsible to manage communication to employees for HSE, Security and WorkPlace Experience matters.
* Coordinate all activities (HSE and Security) to be sure the reporting matrix is fully updated and in line with the local and Sanofi CHC expectations.

Support of LEAN project delivery in E2E transversal approach to deliver simplification for CHC GBS main processes and activities
* Pipeline building: Proactively scan each teams' processes for CPI opportunities
* Define and scoping phase: Support in Project Charter, VOC, Pre-Data Collection, SIPOC
* Process Re-engineering phase: (Measure, Analyze, Improve) Support in preparation and facilitation of workshops with transversal and global teams
* Control phase: Support progress measurement & communication on success stories to sponsors

Support the capability building programs
* Support of content preparation and validation in a continuous improvement approach
* Support of sessions and certifications organization
* Session's coordination and facilitation with the support of the team
* Follow-up on trainees
* Support of communication across service lines about progress
* Support of certification path development

Support workshops facilitation/project management on important critical projects
* Support from scoping till actual workshop and follow-up of the measured outcomes

Support of developing Global Process Excellence activity
* Support the collection of projects to build a continuous pipeline
* Support and coordinate with digital transformational teams
* Support in communicating success stories and promote team achievements

Support roll-out of Global projects in the Hubs & Team Connect Activities
* GBS Welcome Setup (Onboarding) for new joiners -
* GBS Strategy (Balanced Score Card) top-down communication through various forum/format: Townhall, All Hands, Services Lines Hubs meetings, specific gamification etc.
* Query management strategy and chatbot promotion
* Project Portfolio Management (PPM) process & governance (idea generation, project pipeline enhancement etc.)
* Stakeholder Engagement Program
* Visual Management of GBS (Success Board etc.), GBS Newsletter, build foundation for Digital and External Ecosystems
* University Internship Program
* GBS Townhall, Team Building activities, Year End Survey (Facility Management)

BACKGROUND & KEY COMPETENCIES
* Experienced in project management, real estate, or workplace experience

Education
* Lean Six Sigma - Yellow or Green Belt (2-3 years of experience in E2E CPI project support even next to a main role)
* Good project management skills, transversal project knowledge, LEAN knowledge
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Marketing / Communications

Technical Skills & Competencies / Language
* Fluent in English (verbal and written)
* High level of interpersonal/communication skills with an ability to communicate and present on different levels in the organization
* Effective business partnering and customer relations management
* Medium level of command in Excel
* Business Intelligence knowledge, experience in data analytics and statistics
* Experience in project & change management, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
* Knowledge of remote collaborative tools (MIRO, Klaxxon, MS whiteboard)
* Experience with project tracking tools like SmartSheet, SNOW-Module
* Experience in workshops facilitation on transversal topics with international and multicultural teams (remotely or on-site)
* Experience in Finance processes / financial services industry
* Positive, open-minded, customer centric and problem-solving attitude, skills to influence and drive complex situations, projects towards the desired outcome, capacity to challenge the consensus, current state and to propose solutions, flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
* Appetence to explore new methodologies and ways of working
