In Liberia, Costa Rica we have our newest and most advanced manufacturing facility in the world that is leading the way for Industry 4.0. This plant is utilizing state of the art manufacturing technology to improve how our employees work and how we produce our products. We are looking an Order Management who will be responsible for managing order fulfillment activities to meet plant requirements, foreign trade regulations, and customer needs, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. This role involves close collaboration with Customer Service to provide accurate responses to client requests, as well as preparing all necessary documentation for foreign trade and invoicing processes.
The incumbent will oversee material availability according to production plans, monitor operational performance, and prepare periodic reports to support decision-making. They will identify process deviations, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operations - including procurement, storage, billing, and inventory management.

What you will do for us:
* Order Management Activities in order to fulfill all the plant requirements of foreign trade and customers' requirements and local and international regulation.
* Connect with Customer Service to ensure the correct answer to customers' requirements.
* Prepare all the needed documentation for foreign trade porpoise and invoicing processes.
* Ensure material availability according to production planning and customer requirements.
* Prepare periodic reports to support decision-making and Identify process deviations and apply corrective actions
* Participate in and provide support for automation and digitalization projects in logistics management.
* Comply with the guidelines of Food Safety, Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety), KORE Corporate Standards and any other applicable legal requirements, established or subscribed by the Company, related to your job, complying with the policies, internal plans and procedures that ensure the proper implementation and continuous improvement of the company.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* University/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Costums Administration, Industrial engineer and International business related.
* Desirable Fully bilingual Spanish-English.
* SAP knowledge/Desirable Data analytics
* At least 1 year in similar roles.
