Your impact:
As a Cyber Security Manager specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), you will:
* Shape and execute security strategy for financial institutions and other clients, aligning cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.
* Advise C-level executives and senior stakeholders on regulatory requirements, risk management, and security operating models.
* Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence.
* Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and representing PwC at industry events and conferences.
* Collaborate regionally with colleagues across Central and Eastern Europe to deliver integrated, cross-border solutions.

What you'll do:
* Design, implement, and improve security governance frameworks, operating models, and processes (including Three Lines of Defense).
* Conduct maturity assessments, risk and threat analyses, and translate findings into actionable roadmaps and measures.
* Ensure compliance with current and emerging standards and regulations (NIST CSF, ISO27k, DORA, NIS2, EBA/EIOPA/ESMA, and local laws such as "Zakon o kibernetičkoj sigurnosti").
* Deliver clear, insightful management reports and recommendations.
* Coach and develop consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and a positive team culture.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the growth of PwC's market proposition and service offerings.
* Present PwC's expertise at conferences, webinars, and industry forums.
* Promote security awareness and a proactive security culture within client organizations.

What we're looking for:
* Experience: At least 6 years in cybersecurity/information security, with a focus on GRC within the financial sector or similar regulated environments.
* Expertise: Proven track record in security strategy, governance, risk management, and compliance. Hands-on experience with frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO27k) and regulations (DORA, NIS2, EBA/EIOPA/ESMA).
* Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technical controls, security architecture, and emerging technologies (cloud, AI, etc.) is highly valued.
* Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalents are preferred.
* Leadership: Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and coaching skills.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Croatian; ability to present complex topics to diverse audiences.
* Business Development: Experience in identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting market growth.
* Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across teams and regions.
