Job Description:

How You'll Make an Impact

* Deliver classroom and hands-on workshop training for fresh graduate technicians enrolled in apprenticeship program.
* Train participants on CNC Milling, CNC Turning, CNC Programming (G-Code & M-Code), technical drawings, metrology, manufacturing processes, and production quality standards.
* Guide trainees on proper machine setup, operation, tooling selection, machining techniques, and troubleshooting practices.
* Develop lesson plans, practical exercises, workshop projects, and assessment materials aligned with Siemens Energy manufacturing standards.
* Monitor trainee performance and learning progress, providing coaching, mentoring, and constructive development feedback.
* Identify skill gaps and implement targeted improvement plans to support trainee competency development.
* Conduct theoretical and practical assessments to evaluate trainee knowledge and technical proficiency.
* Maintain accurate training records, competency matrices, and progress reports.
* Ensure the effective utilization, maintenance, and readiness of CNC training equipment and workshop resources.
* Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all training activities comply with health, safety, and quality standards.

What You Bring

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining operations.
* Strong technical expertise in CNC Milling, CNC Turning, G-Code/M-Code programming, technical drawings, and metrology.
* Experience working with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and production environments.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to transfer technical knowledge effectively.
* Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development capabilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively with trainees, workshop teams, and production stakeholders.
* Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Key Required Skills / Experience

* Hands-on experience operating and programming CNC Milling and CNC Turning machines.
* Strong understanding of machine setup, tooling selection, cutting parameters, and machining optimization.
* Knowledge of technical drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), measurement techniques, and metrology equipment.
* Experience delivering technical training, coaching apprentices, or supervising workshop activities is highly preferred.
* Familiarity with Siemens SINUMERIK control systems is a strong advantage.
* Ability to conduct technical assessments and evaluate competency development.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices within a manufacturing environment.
