PCON- SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect (m/w/d)

Job Description:

Role - Principal Consultant
Technology - SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect
Location - Germany (Travel Needed)
Compensation - Competitive (including bonus)

Key Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture across modules (Finance, Logistics, MDG, etc.).
* Define integration strategy with non-SAP systems and cloud platforms.
* Lead blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
* Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and roadmap.
* Guide technical teams on extensibility, Fiori UX, and custom developments.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience as SAP Solution Architect in S/4HANA programs.
* Deep understanding of SAP modules and cross-functional processes.
* Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficiency in German and English
