YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
* You analyze user behavior and support the continuous development of the Birkenstock B2B shop to optimize the user experience, working closely with internal departments (Sales, Brand, IT).
* You will design and implement frontend changes to the B2B shop together with our shop provider.
* You are responsible for creating training materials for key users during roll-outs and when introducing new features.
* You generate reports on platform-relevant KPIs.
* You are also responsible for product master data checks and correction.
* You create merchandising materials and marketing campaigns within the B2B shop.
YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
* Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant field of study, such as business administration, marketing, computer science, or similar.
* Interest in e-commerce, digital business models, and B2B sales.
* Initial experience with B2B and B2C online shop systems (e.g., Neocles, Shopify, Magento, SFCC, WooCommerce) or with Product Information Management (PIM) and Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus, but not required.
* A solution-oriented and analytical mindset with a strong hands-on attitude.
* Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
* Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
