Job Description

Key Responsibilities
As you grow in this role, you will:
* Support Cost Reduction Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.
* Assist in Supplier Development: Help evaluate and onboard new suppliers, especially in strategic regions like India, ensuring alignment with technical and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to Project Execution: Participate in sourcing-related projects such as supplier transfers and cost-out initiatives, learning project management fundamentals.
* Learn Risk Mitigation Strategies: Support efforts to identify and reduce supplier risks by analyzing market trends and working with engineering and sourcing teams.

Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
* Internship or academic project experience in sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing is a plus.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a leadership role.
