About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support marketing-related sourcing activities in our growing tech organization. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates, candidates with internship experience, or professionals with up to one year of experience who are eager to start a career in procurement within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You Will Do

* Support end-to-end sourcing activities for marketing-related categories such as advertising, digital marketing, events, branding, and promotional materials.
* Assist in vendor identification, evaluation, and onboarding processes.
* Prepare and manage purchase requests, purchase orders, and basic contracts under supervision.
* Support price comparison, cost analysis, and supplier negotiations.
* Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation in procurement systems.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand business needs and timelines.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
* Assist in tracking supplier performance and resolving basic supplier-related issues.

What You Will Need

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Management, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Internship or up to 1 year of experience in procurement, sourcing, or related roles is an advantage.
* Strong interest in procurement and supply chain, especially in marketing-related categories.
* Good analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
* Good communication skills in English and local language, both written and verbal.
* Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
