We offer

We are looking for a Customs Process administrator who owns all customs operations for the customers. The role is part of a wider team based in Genoa.

Main job responsibilities
* Perform customs operations and customs clearance processes implementation,
* Collect data and create necessary reports,
* Manage Value Added Services operations, including Trucking, Customs House, Brokerage (CHB), Warehousing and Cargo-Insurance, on a daily basis,
* Planning and procurement of VAS as per customer requirements,
* Cooperate closely with all internal and external customers,
* Manage relevant import-export documents,
* Communicate with customs authorities.

Who we are looking for:
* Experience in managing import/export operations is a plus
* Good communications skills in English language, Italian language should be at mothertongue level
* Proactive and structured, with a focus on reaching set business goals
* Solution oriented, willing to learn and highly responsible and able to create and maintain a good working environment
