Cloud Solution Architect

Job Description:

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will enable customers to achieve their outcomes, based on their investments in (COMPANY NAME) technology. Leveraging your (COMPANY NAME) 365 Endpoint Management technical subject matter expertise (especially SCCM, Windows Operating Systems), you will lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments, including identifying resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home. Onsite presence is frequently needed. Candidates that aren't based in Rome will have to travel to Rome on a regular basis.

* Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of customer-owned (COMPANY NAME) Endpoint and Management Solutions
* Identify resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects by leveraging the knowledge of (COMPANY NAME) Endpoint and Management Solutions subject matter expertise.
* Articulate, demo, and present complex customer concepts to varying audiences, such as BDMs (Business Decision Makers) & ITDMs (Information Technology Decision Makers). Be the Endpoint, Management and Windows/Windows 365 subject matter expert with the ability to design customer solutions, lead presentations, demonstrations, and design thinking workshops

Candidate Requirements:

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
* Multiyear experience in a customer-facing role in information technology (IT)
* Ability to guide a customer from competitor solutions to Endpoint Management solutions and map the customer's business process to product capability within the M365 Platform and Endpoint Management solutions, and demo proposed solutions to customer
* Solid experience in SCCM administration, preferably in a large-scale environment
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in both written and verbal English & Italian languages is required

Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with other (COMPANY NAME) technologies, such as Azure Infrastructure, Cloud Identity, Intune, (COMPANY NAME) 365Apps, and SQL Server
* Certification in one or more of the following technologies preferred: M365 fundamentals, Endpoint, Management, Authentication technologies like AD or equivalent
