About the job
We're looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to support the execution of our sales strategy in Lithuania. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Distributor teams to drive customer plans, forecast sales, and manage daily stakeholder interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement sales strategy and customer promo plans
* Support trade marketing initiatives and activations
* Participate in forecasting and planning processes
* Coordinate with Key Accounts and Distributors
* Track performance and preparation of reports
* Ensure sales team alignment on new product launches
* Assist with analytical and technical data preparation
Your Profile:
* University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related
* Experience in sales or commercial support
* Strong Excel and data handling skills
* Fluent in Lithuanian and English
* Analytical, organized, and eager to grow
* Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated personality
* Team player with effective communication skills, both internally and externally
