Roles & Responsibilities:
* Forecast demand for products & materials
* Develop and implement inventory management plans
* Managing product lines, regions independently and successfully
* Leads projects within department independently and successfully
* Effectively influencing others without authority
* Facilitate resolution of opposing ideas or objectives
* Effectively build and manage strategic working relationships
Qualification & Competencies:
* BS/BSE level degree in business, supply chain, or related discipline
* Preferred 1 year experience and/or previous relevant working experience through internships.
* Competence in manufacturing processes
* Basic Project Management skills
* Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and processes as it relates to the supply chain.
* Good computer skills related to ERP technologies.
* Develops expertise in the required disciplines (i.e. Excel, Oracle, Agile, APS, Rapid Response (RR), Kinaxis, etc.)
* Ability to work positively with the supply base and potentially multiple organizations internally to NI to drive collaborative supply chain solutions.
* Demonstrated problem solving, ability to learn new technologies and processes as it relates to the supply chain. Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Creates a continuous learning and developing environment to get the most efficient and effective total work systems
