What You Will Do

* Lead the establishment of (COMPANY NAME)'s Capital Investment Unit, overseeing a new business area.
* Achieve significant negotiations with key clients, including construction firms, architects, integrators, and major project execution groups, ensuring comprehensive inclusion of various (COMPANY NAME) products.
* Develop and manage a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to define program scope.
* Create and maintain the program Gantt chart, analyzing critical paths and optimizing the schedule.
* Collaborate on the program budget, ensuring cost optimization and adherence to financial plans.
* Formulate program Quality Plans, actively monitoring and maintaining quality standards.
* Develop a comprehensive risk management plan, identifying and addressing project risks.
* Build stakeholder relationships, communicate effectively, and ensure alignment with business leaders.

What You Will Need

* Bachelor's Degree
